Scandic Rekruttering started in 2019 from hands-on HR work serving the Stavanger oil-and-gas hospitality sector. We saw firsthand how hard it was for hotels and conference centers to find qualified kitchen staff — and how broken the recruitment model was.
We built something different: direct relationships with candidates, no brokered lists, no generic CV blasts. Just careful matching between operators who know exactly what they need and professionals who fit.
Today we operate from Tromso to Copenhagen, with sourcing partnerships in Sweden, Lithuania, Poland, and Cyprus. Our focus remains where it started: hospitality, done right.
