What this page actually says.
- Scandic Rekruttering AS (org.nr 925 252 115, Hanaveien 4, 4327 Sandnes, Norge) provides recruitment, HR-rådgivning, and workforce management services.
- Specific placements are governed by signed Samarbeidsavtale framework agreements; this page covers general site usage.
- Liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior three months (mirrors § 13 of the Samarbeidsavtale).
- Governing law is Norwegian. Disputes resolved at Stavanger tingrett (consistent with our Samarbeidsavtale § 16).

Operative terms.
1. Operator
This website (scandicrekruttering.com) and the recruitment, HR-rådgivning and workforce management services delivered through it are operated by Scandic Rekruttering AS, registered in Norway with org.nr 925 252 115, address Hanaveien 4, 4327 Sandnes, Norge. References to “we”, “us” and “Scandic Rekruttering” refer to this entity throughout these Terms.
2. Søsterselskaber
Scandic Rekruttering AS operates alongside two sister entities in the Nordic group: Hjorton AB (Sverige; org.nr 559497-4726; Utsättaregränden 235, 226 47 Lund, Sverige) and BEEM (other EU-markeder via BEEM LLC during the interim period). Engagements in those markets contract with the relevant local entity.
3. Ydelser scope
Rekruttering (including trial-and-hire and direct placement), HR-rådgivning (compensation benchmarking, onboarding playbooks, compliance audits), and workforce management (timesheet administration, payroll, replacement candidates). Specific engagement terms, commercials, and liability allocations are set out in a signed Samarbeidsavtale; this Terms page does not on its own create any service obligation.
4. Use of the website
You may use the site to evaluate our services, contact us, apply for placements, and read published material. You may not scrape, automate access, or use the site to send unsolicited communications. Forms submitted through the site may be processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry; see the Privacy Policy for retention details.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (copy, design, logo, code) is owned by Scandic Rekruttering AS or its licensors. You may quote or link to published material with attribution; you may not reproduce or distribute content in bulk for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. Liability
Scandic Rekruttering AS’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the claimant to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative damages, lost profits, or business interruption, except in cases of gross negligence (grovt uaktsomt) or wilful misconduct.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation are settled at Stavanger tingrett as the agreed venue, consistent with § 16 of our standard Samarbeidsavtale.
8. Changes
We can change these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page with at least 30 days’ advance notice. The “Sidst opdateret” date at the top reflects when the current version became effective.
