01 · Consultation

We map the role outcome, the team, the rate, and the timeline. You get a same-day yes/no on whether we have the network for it.
02 · Shortlist
3–4 anonymised profiles
Within 5 working days we deliver a shortlist. You choose who to interview; we coordinate directly with the candidate.
03 · Trial
90 working days
The agreed candidate starts on a trial period. Weekly invoicing; you can end the engagement with 5 working days’ notice.
04 · Permanent
No further fee
If the fit is confirmed, you can hire the candidate directly with no further fee. Otherwise we present a replacement within 10 working days.

Reliable workforce support β weekly timesheets, payroll, statutory cover, GDPR-compliant data handling, and replacement candidates if the trial doesn’t hold. The Samarbeidsavtale (Β§ 4.4) gives the operator a three-virkedager silent-approval window on submitted timesheets, so the cadence is predictable.

Each candidate gets a personal weekly link to submit hours. You approve or dispute within three working days (per Β§ 4.4 of the agreement); after that, the timesheet is approved automatically.
Payroll
Norwegian employment cover
The candidate is employed by us during the trial β full employment contract, statutory sick pay, holiday accrual, occupational injury insurance (yrkesskadeforsikring). You see one weekly invoice, no admin.
Replacement clause
10 working days, no fee
If a candidate can’t continue (illness, family emergency, fit), we present a replacement within 10 working days. You aren’t left to backfill alone.
